A coalition of youths under the aegis of the Concerned Youths of Ankpa Federal Constituency has declared its support for the aspiration of Prince Gowon Eneche, popularly known as G1, to represent Ankpa/Omala/Olamaboro Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
The endorsement was announced at the end of the group’s meeting held in Lokoja, the Kogi State capital, where members drawn from across the three local government areas expressed confidence in Eneche’s capacity to provide quality representation.
According to the group, the federal constituency is in urgent need of a representative who will prioritise the welfare and development of the people, stressing that Prince Eneche possesses the leadership qualities, experience and commitment required to deliver effective representation at the National Assembly.

The youths noted that participants at the meeting cut across different political parties, describing their decision to back the Social Democratic Party (SDP) aspirant as one driven by competence rather than partisan considerations.
“This is no longer about political parties. It is about the individual and his capacity to serve. Our support for Prince Gowon Eneche is based on his personality, track record and the confidence that he will place the interests of the people above every other consideration,” Alh. Alilu Bakwo, the spokesperson for the group said.
They maintained that Eneche’s antecedents in public service and community engagement have distinguished him as a credible leader capable of attracting meaningful development to the constituency.
The group therefore urged eligible voters across Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro local government areas to rally behind Eneche’s aspiration, expressing optimism that his emergence would usher in a new era of responsive and people-centred representation at the Green Chamber.
Prince Eneche is seeking election to the House of Representatives under the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), to represent Ankpa/Omala/Olamaboro Federal Constituency.
