A front line politician and major stakeholder of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Bassa local government area of Kogi State, Hon. Yizogembi Abwa has called on all Bassa sons and daughters to embrace peace to ensure harmonious existence.
In a press statement sent to Kogireports, Abwa charged traditional leaders in Bassa land to speak to their subjects to eschew every form of bitterness amongst them.
He commended the Administrator of Bassa LGA, Hon. Samuel Alumka Zakari for his great show of dexterity in handling the crisis.
He equally thanked Governor Yahaya Bello for his prompt intervention in deploying security personnel to curtail the crisis.
He thanked the security personnel for their sacrifices and encouraged them to ensure peace is finally restored to Bassa LGA.
