Professor Mohammed Congratulates Senator Tinubu Over His Emergence As APC’s Presidential Flag Bearer
Former Director General of National Space Research and Development Agency (NSRDA), Professor Seidu Onailo Mohammed has congratulated Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his emergence as the presidential flag bearer of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC).
Professor Mohammed who described the emergence of Senator Tinubu as a well deserved victory, said that Senator Tinubu’s leadership ideology and mentoring capabilities has endeared him to many people.
“Senator Tinubu deserved to win the ticket of our party because he has paid his dues by lubricating the party’s wheel with his might and watered the party’s seed into victorious germination with his influence while carrying a lot of people along. He is a people’s person and one that is loved by many. He is a ladder to many leaders and a golden voice in the political firmament of our country,” the former space boss said.
Describing the APC’s presidential flag bearer as a political giant with stupendous wherewithal, Prof. Mohammed said Senator Tinubu’s emergence will boost the party’s confidence in squaring up with other opponents during the main election.
“In politics, there are political neophytes and there are political giants. Senator Tinubu is a giant politically and he has proven his prowess in the just concluded presidential primary elections wherein he outsmarted 22 other able and prominent contestants to emerge. It is a great boost to the party’s confidence,” he said.
While applauding President Muhammadu Buhari and the leadership of the ruling APC for the success of the party’s special convention and presidential primary elections, Prof. Mohammed maintained that Senator Tinubu’s political experience and his broad political network system across the country is indeed a golden edge that could culminate to electoral victory if managed properly.
