I am highly disturbed by a story with the above caption written by one John Peter.
The story to all intent is malicious and with the intent of colluding the Graphic Chapel union with the state Government.
For the avoidance of doubt The Graphic currently has nine students on internship and none is bearing the name John Peter.
As the chairman of The Graphic Chapel I have never granted any medium nor an individual any audience let alone the faceless John Peter.
I want to state here that the staff members of The Graphic Newspaper are satisfied with the ongoing screening of the civil servants by Kogi State government. All those whose names were omitted have all undergone screening through the Appeal panel and are all awaiting for its outcome by the end of this month.
If the staff were not happy they would not have presented themselves for the Appeal panel screening exercise. The writer of the story is therefore psychologically demented.
It is disgusting to understand how people can go to tarnish other people’s name. Be that as it is The GRAPHIC Chapel will never sleep over this matter. We will put our investigative Journalism to bear and unravel this faceless John Peter and we would make it public.
