The administrator, Mopamuro local government area, Hon Sunday Moses has assured the people of Amuro he is working assiduously to ensure the release of the kidnapped civil servants.
It could be recalled that recently some civil servants from Mopamuro who headed to collect their statements of account and original certificate were attacked along Obajana-Kabba road.
The administrator who disclosed this to the Graphic has condemned in totality the robbery and kidnapping incident, where 3 were kidnapped and 4 injured.
He further stated that he is working with relevant security agencies to ensure they are released unharmed. Also promised the entire mopamuro people maximum security before, during, and after, the screening exercise.
He reiterated the commitment of the government of Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello to securing lives and properties of all Kogites and ensure insecurity is brought to the barest minimum.
He commiserated with those who were injured in the incident and prayed for a quick recovery while enjoining the families of the kidnapped to keep faith in the fact that the government will leave no stone unturned in securing their release.
