Barr. Cosmas Ilemona Atabor, representing Igalamela/Odolu Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello and the entire citizens of the state on the twenty eight anniversary of the creation of Kogi state.
In a statement released in Lokoja, Bar. Atabor said: “On behalf of the good people of Igalamela/Odolu Constituency, I warmly felicitate with fellow citizens of our beloved state as we attain the twenty eight anniversary of its creation.
“On this special day in the life of our state, I solemnly call on all well meaning citizens to pray fervently for the sustenance of peace, unity, harmony and speedy development in the state”.
Bar. Atabor also used the anniversary celebration to call on all the citizens of the state to “improve their hard work, creativity, and innovation in order to promote the affairs of our state for the benefit of future generations”.
He assured the people of the state of the readiness of the members of the House of Assembly to enact enabling laws and carry out oversight functions for the overall interest of the state.
