The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced Hon. Alfa Momoh Rabiu as the winner of Saturday House of Assembly election for Ankpa II State constituency.
The result was announced by INEC at Ofugo, the collation centre of Ankpa II constituency.
According to the INEC declaration, Hon Alfa Momoh Rabiu who contested on the platform of the APC came first having polled a total of 14,771 votes against his closest rival and candidate of the PDP, Hon Barry Moses Idakwo who polled 3690 votes.
It is worthy of note that aside having emerged with a very large margin as evidence of the ranking honorable member elect’s acceptance, there was no life lost during and after the elections.
