The member representing Ankpa 2 constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly, Alhaji Alfa Momoh Rabiu has congested the executive governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on his administration’s two years in office even as he hailed Kogites for their perseverance.
This was contained in his congratulatory message which was made available in Lokoja, the state capital.
Reading in part: “twenty four hours is not a joking period as far as politics is concerned and therefore, I want to congratulate governor Yahaya Bello and the good people of Kogi state on the occasion of his two years in office”.
“However, considering the hardship meted in the state as a result of the screening exercise, relative expectation of Kogites and the nations economy, there is a great need for improved leadership especially in the area of human welfare and physical infrastructure,” he said.
The lawmaker thanked the people of the state, most especially civil servants for their perseverance and assured of better times stressing his unflinching commitment to any collaborative effort that requires an interface of the executives and legislator insofar as it is geared towards the development of the state.
