Chairman of Kogi State Forum of Special Advisers to the Governor, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi, has expressed satisfaction with the performance of the Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Prof Salisu Ogbo Usman as he marks the end of first tenure of office.
The Forum Chairman who doubles as the Special Adviser on Energy to the Governor said Prof Usman has demonstrated brilliance, excellence and administrative prowess of great note over the last four years.
The Special Adviser, in a congratulatory message made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Thursday, said the academic attainment, moral discipline and infrastructure upgrade the school has received over four years have singled the Rector out as a visionary, altruistic and quintessential record breaker and such a person deserves bigger responsibility.
Omoluabi said anyone that has been following the trajectory of development, academic renaissance and record breaking events in the institution will agree that Prof Usman Ogbo came prepared and has not disappointed the state.
He said the Rector, despite tight administrative responsibilities, also improved on himself by attaining the highest rank in the academic circles within same period.
