Prince Salisu Ogu Resumes Work as Commissioner for Youths, Appoints New Aides

The Kogi state commissioner for youths and sports development, Prince Sani Ogu Salisu has congratulated Kogites and Nigerian’s in general on the occasion of this year’s new day charging youths to take their destinies into their hands and maintain focus in whatsoever they do.
Speaking further, he enjoined youths to be committed and believe in themselves with the spirit of seriousness stressing that the youths of today are and shall be the leaders of tomorrow.
“The development of every society depends largely on the kind and nature of its youth population because the youths of today makes tomorrow. More so that it is our daily activities that shall largely determine the relative peace and progress of the society, we must keep focus, determination and commitment with high self esteem and value orientations,” he asserted.
In another development, the commissioner has made his maiden appointment with Mr Kashim Idachaba as his personal assistant on domestic affairs, Mr Jibril Strategy Agbas as Special adviser on Media and Strategy while Alhassan Muhammed is to serve as the special adviser on special duties.
It will be recalled that the governor of Kogi state, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello reshuffled the state executive cabinet last year with effect from January 1st, 2018 and Prince Sani Ogu Salisu was redeployed from the ministry of transportation during the minor reshuffle.
