The President Support Deen Again Movement has condemned the postponement of the General Election by the Independent National Electoral Commission which was formally rescheduled for March 28th and April 11th, 2015.

Aliyu Abubakar Adeiza described the postponement of the election as an insult to democracy and to Nigerians by the Independent National Electoral Commission. He said the Independent National Electoral Commission has dated the Former date February 14, 2015 and February 28, 2015, long before now and have to call off the election a week to the Presidential election.

He therefore call on the International Election Observers to set their eyes on the Nigeria Independent National Electoral Commission and Nigerians to therefore use this time frame period to ensure they go to their polling unit or Wards to get their voter’s card P.V.C and stay ready for March 28 which is now schedule for the Presidential Election and April 11th for the Governorship election

Aliyu A explained that the integrity of the Independent National Electoral Commission to conduct a free and fair election in the country is now a thing to be question, because from the press released conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission Chairman Mr Jega on the 30th of January, where he stated that the election must hold February 14th and February 28 also that the P.V.C will still be on collection to the eve of the election 13th February, now have to change his mind a week to the election. This has shown that there has been a political interference.

He therefore encourage all the supporters of Senator NuruDeen and Nigerians seeking for change in the Country to be a law abiding citizen and wait for the shifted purpose new date of the Elections by Independent National Electoral Commission.
