Oseni Fulfils Promise to Apamsede Community, Donates 300KVA Transformer

Determined to fulfill his campaign promises to people especially those in the hinterland, the Senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, Yakubu Oseni, has donated 300KVA transformer to lighten up Apamsede community.

Apamsede is an emerging economically virile community in Adavi Local Government Area of Kogi State, along Chari Maigumeri Barracks. Its proximity to Lokoja is adduced by many people as the reason for speedy expansion of the community.

Senator Yakubu Oseni is of the opinion that if the community is properly electrified, it will open it up for more economic prosperity and ease the increasing pressure of accommodation at Lokoja, the state capital.

While assuring the community of more infrastructural interventions, the lawmaker reiterated that all rural areas in Kogi Central would in due course, have their expected dividends of democracy in terms of building of schools, road rehabilitation and electrification.

Senator Oseni, however, urged the community to take absolute control of the transformer, just as he expressed optimism that more small scale business outfits would spring up in no distant future with stable power supply in the area.

The excited members of the community eulogized the lawmaker’s resolve to ameliorate the sufferings of the people in rural communities across Kogi Central. They prayed Senator Oseni would continue to witness uncommon elevation in his political aspirations for being on the side of the masses.
