Opinion: What Kogi Youths Should Know Before, During and After Elections

Kogi youths shine your eyes. Kogi youths wake up. Kogi youths, think twice before any action.  Kogi youths Act safely, be smart!

Kogi youths, shun violence and thuggery activities. It is evil. It lead to death.

Kogi youths, stop acting stupid and don’t be slaves to any politician. Don’t give room for any political office holders to penetrate.

Kogi youth don’t accept bribe, don’t collect AK47 from politicians, they can always push you to the wall for their own interests.  Tell them to give the AK47  to their own children.

Kogi youths, don’t forget you may lose your life in the process of fighting for them. Remember that none of their children will come out to vote on election day. Reduce the risk.

Kogi youths, avoid taking  panadol for another person’s headache. You can support them but don’t stand in the gap to fight for them, if you fall they continue with their lives.

Kogi youths, stop selling your voice and right for peanuts. They may fail and try again, but if you lose your life you can’t come back to life. Violence may come but don’t act foolishly. Fear no intimidation,  keep your hands clean.

Kogi youths, always respect the rules of law and election guidelines. Remember life  has no duplicate. Have it at the back of your minds that in case anything happen to you along the line, elections will continue.

Kogi youths, if you die the best they will do is to bury you. Dont go to war with one another because of political party differences. Always be on the safer side. Be vigilant, be a good Ambassador of peace.

Kogi youths, say no to elections malpractice, snatching of ballots papers and ballots box. Be security conscious before, during and after the rallies and elections.
