Governor Yahaya Bello’s effort to produce ghost workers in Kogi state is already yielding results as many genuine Kogi state civil servants have been turned to actual ghosts after losing their lives in the process of Governor Bello’s unending demonic screening exercise.

How many more Kogi workers will governor Bello turn into actual ghosts before Kogi state is rescued from the hands of this satanic administration?
On 17 September 2016, Hajia Saidatu Usman Pele died along Lokoja-Anyigba road on her way to Governor Bello’s screening a week after she was declared ghost worker by the screening panel. The outcry that heralded her death is as a result of the popularity of her husband, Alhaji Usman Momoh Pele, the Zonal Chairman PDP, Kogi East.
There are several accounts of such deaths which was not made known to the newsmen because the victims were afraid of government reactions should such news be made public. The Bello government has a bully gang that threatens whoever does anything that they do not like.

Recall that on 2nd February unknown gunmen abduct 4 Local Government workers. The unending Staff Screening and Verification exercise in Kogi is taking enormous toll on the workers. The unknown gunmen, according to reports, abducted four local government workers along Kabba-Obajana road.
The incidence which occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively had the Head of Department works, Mrs Olubunmi Abraham, Fehintola Osho and Balogun Blessing, who were all workers of Mopamuro Local Government Area, as victims.
The victims were on their way from Mopamuro LG to Lokoja, the state capital for the appeal committee’s screening and unfortunately this morning the abductors  dumped  the dead body of one of the four victim, Mrs Olubunmi Abraham she has since buried on Saturday 4th 2017.
As Bello screening keep rendering married men widowers and children orphans, the wife of Deputy Sergeant-at-Arm of Kogi State House Assembly died immediately she heard her bread winner was declared ghost worker by the same Bello administration.
In a related development, early this week it was reported that lecturers and other employees of the Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa, who were recently declared ‘ghost workers’ by the Staff Audit Committee of the state government were dispossessed of their original certificates by armed men, the development described by many as strange and pre-planned.
The lecturers were on their way to Lokoja to appeal their sack with the 32-member Staff Screening Complaints/Appeal Committee set up by the state government to entertain complaints arising from the staff audit when they were waylaid by armed men in Ankpa Local Council, the merciless government without waste of time declared the victim ghosts and one of them declared as armed robber and accused by the state government of planning to steal the Chief of Staff mobile phones.
The screening exercise has lasted nearly one year with the end not yet anticipated. One wonders if Bello will use his four years term in screening exercise.
