Chairman PDP Presidential Campaign Committee on Health Services, Dr Omede Idris has called on the people of Igala/Bassa nation to vote enmasse for all candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party in the forthcoming general elections.
Omede made the call during the PDP Zonal Rally for Kogi East in Anyigba on Saturday. He expressed confidence that the Atiku/Obi ticket will emerge victorious on February 16.
The former President of Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) and immediate past President, Association of Professional Bodies in Nigeria (APBN) urged eligible voters in Kogi East to troop out in their numbers to cast their votes for the party’s presidential candidate, Alhaji Abubakar Atiku on February 16.
Omede assured the electorate that the incoming PDP administration will reverse the current pervasive hunger in the land and ensure economy boom.
He harped on the need to vote for all candidates of the PDP to ensure all round progress of the senatorial district.
The former commissioner tasked voters in the state to take their destinies in their hands by correcting the mistake of 2015.
he called on workers to use their thumbs aright adding that the February 16 presidential election offers the best opportunity for the people of Kogi state to put an end to this regime of hunger and starvation.
