The Kabba Ruling has commended the Odolu Ruling Group’s Selection Committee for doing a thorough job at arriving at an acceptable candidate to fill the vacant stool of the Obadofin of Oweland, describing the process as credible.
This was disclosed in a press statement signed by Chief Obagbami Ogege, on behalf of the family heads and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, says Chief Obamudi of Oweland has paid his dues hence he merited the position.
According to the family heads in the Kabba ruling group, they are glad to associate themselves with the outcome of the selection committee recommending an outstanding personality who has been consistent in contributing to the overall development of Oweland, hence they do not doubt that when finally the recommendation of Chief Julius Arokoyo is approved by the authorities, he will make a good Obadofin of Oweland.
They called on all stakeholders in the community to rally around the recommendation of the Odolu Ruling Group to have an Obadofin that will promote peace, unity and development of the community.
