June 2017, I wrote an open letter to the Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigeria (Kogi State Chapter), Com. Oladele John Nihi. I charged him on how best to exploit the apex youth wing in Kogi State. And my recommendations were openly accepted by him. Oladele has not only transformed the youth wing in Kogi State; he is successfully planting into the subconscious mind of every youth in Kogi State, the need to be part of nation building and all round development.
His Youth Rebirth movement is a unique approach and a commendable effort. All these things, he was able to achieve in the span of few years. And this is why I believe, having him as the president of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, will be a plus and him being able to deliver of his manifestos, need no debate. His achievements are visible, and loud.
I was at the Youth House in Kogi State, few months ago and I was a witness of what Oladele has done and still doing for our dear State. This is not a sugar quote message, but to commend the effort of the chairman and presidential aspirant. And for him to know that, he is capable and he deserves the office of the presidency, of the youth wing.
Like I said in my open letter to him, if at any point in time, he deviates from his manifestos and allow the cabal to manipulate his office; I will openly criticise him. But as a fine hardworking youth that he is, he has not giving me the chance to do this and I hope I won’t have to. I strongly believe in your government and your policies and I know Nigerian Youths will be lucky to have you.
