It is a pity how the Nigerian politics has contributed little or no development towards the progress of our country.
Our political leaders do not  contest political offices because of the positive change they wish to contribute towards the development of the country, they are not driven by the love of the country but the love of self and the preservation of the selfish interest of the aristocrats they represent.

They do not see leadership as stewardship, they do not see leadership as an opportunity to serve but an avenue to loot public treasury, they do not see politics as a platform for development but as a battlefield and warfare.

They do not see power as transient but as something to be captured by any means possible.
One after the other, these power drunk tillers at the helm of public affairs have ended up as the architect of their own misfortune and inordinate ambition.

In the face of bad leadership, It is the people that have suffered lost of their lives, loved ones and their properties, human rights are being violated. The people pays the ultimate probably price for bad leadership.

Politicians have become corrupt that many have been tried of money laundry and abuse of office, yet they remain in power. This is because they are the power brokers, the godfather that never sleeps.

These people were around yesterday, they dominate today and they are busy plotting strategies for tomorrow not minding the fact that power belongs to God.

Our political field is dominated by enemies of democracy who keeps recycling themselves in power, these people have dashed the hope of many, they have made many not to believe in Nigeria thereby making them to curse and loathe the land.

They have betrayed the trust of many.

Nigeria is an unfortunate mother whose children do not love her instead, they love her milk and honey.

To curtains curtail the political influence and power wield by these unscrupulous power mongers, electorates should troop out en mass to shame these self acclaimed political juggernauts by voting for their conscience, by standing for what they think is right and best for them and the country at large and not voting based on order from above or sentiment of any form.

Remember, a vote for your conscience gains you freedom from political servitude and it propels a progressive Nigeria.

Above all, Nigerians deserve leaders who are sensitive to the plights of the people and have solutions to the myriad of problems combating the peace and unity of the country.
