Kogi Poly Acting Rector’s 100 Days in Office a Story of Hard Work, Passion – Deputy Speaker

Deputy Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly and member representing Ankpa 1 state constituency, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed has congratulated the acting rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Dr. Salisu Usman Ogbo for investing his wealth of academic, administrative and professional experiences in manners that would benefit staff and students of the institution within three months in office.

In his brief congratulatory message, the Ankpa 1 legislator stated that Dr. Ogbo’s first 100 days in office is a story of hard work, passion, speed and diligence

He described Dr. Usman as a developmental bulldozer and a man whose programmes, currently ongoing, will reposition the institution and make it a reference point for the measurement of standard of performance in polytechnic administration in the country.

“Dr. Ogbo, a man with robust academic and working credentials, hit the ground running immediately he assumed office, he embarked on certain radical review of some policies and actions and giving the polytechnic a new facelift,” he said.

He urged him to continue to invest his wealth of academic, administrative and professional experiences in manners that “will benefit staff, students, the host community, and other stakeholders.”
