The Kogi Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (KOCCIMA) has congratulated its National President, Engr. (Dr.) Jani Ibrahim, OON, on his appointment as a member of the Ministerial Advisory Committee of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

In a statement issued at the weekend, the President, Executive Council, Governing Council, Management and entire membership of the chamber described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Engr. Ibrahim’s leadership and years of service to Nigeria’s private sector.

The statement, signed by the Director General of KOCCIMA, Mr Samuel Enejoh, said the appointment was “a testament to his exceptional leadership, vast professional experience, and unwavering commitment to the advancement of Nigeria’s private sector and national economic development.”

KOCCIMA expressed confidence that Engr. Ibrahim’s wealth of knowledge, integrity and vision would translate into meaningful contributions to the committee’s assignment of shaping policies to strengthen the economy, promote industrial growth, improve the business environment, and foster stronger collaboration between the public and private sectors.

The chamber further noted that the appointment was a matter of pride not only for the National Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) family, of which Engr. Ibrahim is National President, but also for chambers of commerce across the federation.

“We are confident that you will continue to distinguish yourself in this important national assignment,” the statement read, as KOCCIMA wished him God’s wisdom, strength and outstanding success in the new role.

The chamber rounded off its message with a direct salute to the appointee: “Congratulations, Your Excellency.”

Engr.
