Ahead of its commissioning slated for the 10th of February, 2017, the Chairman of Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria, Igalamela/Odolu Chapter, Comrade Kashim Agbonika has commended the administrator of the local government, Hon. Joseph Baron Okwoli for building a befitting secretariat for the workers of the local government.
In a statement made public in Ajaka, Comrade Agbonika described the new secretariat complex as a project “that will live for eternity in the hearts of the citizens of the local government.
“This is a dream come true. Hon. Baron Okwoli has written his name in an Indelible Ink in the local government. His style of leadership and overall political sensitivity is what the people have always craved for and we are exceedingly happy to have him as our administrator.
“This project will go a long way in easing the hefty accommodation crisis that has plagued the local government for many years.
“On behalf of the Igalamela/Odolu chapter of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria , I wish to sincerely express our appreciation to the administrator for understanding what his job demands and executing it with sincerity of purpose,” said Comrade Agbonika.
He equally called on the people of local government ‘particularly the civil servants’ to support the present administration in the local government to enable them deliver more meaningful projects.
