Member representing Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. (Arc.) Salman Idris has expressed profound gratitude to leaders and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) following his emergence as the party’s candidate for a second term through the direct primary election.
In a statement issued shortly after the exercise, Hon. Salman Idris thanked party leaders, members, supporters and the people of Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency for the overwhelming trust and confidence reposed in him.
He described the victory as a collective achievement made possible through the prayers, sacrifices, and unwavering support of party faithful and stakeholders across the constituency.
According to him, the mandate represents a renewed call to service, urging him to serve the people with greater commitment, humility and determination.
Hon. Salman Idris also passionately appealed to all stakeholders and members of the APC to remain united and focused ahead of the general election, stressing that unity, loyalty and collective effort remain essential for victory and continued development across the constituency.
“This victory belongs to all of us and together we shall continue to attract meaningful development to our constituency,” he stated.
He further prayed for God’s blessings upon the leaders, members and supporters of the party for their steadfast support and confidence in his leadership.
