Farm Centre Community Hails Adavi Council Chairman for Inclusive Governance

Members of Farm Centre community in Adavi local government area of Kogi state has assured the council chairman, Hon. Salami Omuya Joseph, of their continued support for his administration.

This was made known when a delegation of the community paid a visit to Adavi local government council chairman in his office on Thursday.

They expressed gratitude to Governor Yahaya Bello for ensuring the community benefit from dividends of democracy which they have never enjoyed from previous administrations in the state.

The delegation, in separate remarks, appreciated the Executive Chairman for bestowing the farm communities the utmost concern and ensuring the security of lives and property of the people, noting that residents can now sleep with their two eyes closed without any form of worries.

Speaking further, the Chairman of Adavi Famers Association reassured the Council of their support and cooperation in actualizing the goals of the present administration.

On behalf of the entire Farm Centre Community, the delegation promised to support government policies as the administration is known for implementing people’s oriented policies. 

The Executive Chairman, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami appreciated the delegation and acknowledged their cooperation with the government and the security architecture.

“We will continue to do our best to better the society. We want a society devoid of criminal elements, and that which will have responsible and responsive youths.

“The current dispensation of His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello from onset doesn’t tolerate any form of insecurity, and that is the blueprint upon which we operate.

“Farm Centre Community has done well in acknowledging our efforts, we also acknowledge their efforts, so we appreciate them too. Thank you for coming to identify our efforts”, Hon. Joseph Omuya said.
