Prince Yakub Yakub, the eloquent aspirant seeking to represent the good people of Ankpa1 Constituency under the platform of the People Democratic Party (PDP) at the Kogi State House of Assembly, has congratulated the Muslim Ummah for the successful completion of the Ramadan fast, which he said the nation desires most at this trying times.
Prince Yakub Yakub urged the Muslim ummah in the state to reflect on the teachings and lessons of Eid-El-Kabir for nation building with particular emphasis on Kogi State.
He charged Nigerians to believe that God can guide the country’s leaders and direct the affairs of the country for the benefit of all.
He congratulated Muslims for a successful completion of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid-el-Fitri.
“As we mark this year’s Sallah celebration, we sue for peace and tolerance as we urge every Nigerian to be committed to the task of nation building.Nigerians irrespective of their ethnic and religious affiliations should focus on our similarities rather than differences,” he said.
He stressed on the need to continue to pray for the emancipation of Kogi State.
“With commitment, focus and determination, we are sure of rebuilding Kogi State.”
