House of Assembly aspirant, Danjuma Musa Idris Oando has congratulated Muslims in Kogi State, urging them to remember the reason for the season.

In a good will message to Muslims, Danjuma charged faithfuls to keep on doing the good deeds after the Ramadan fast.

“As we celebrate Eid-el-Fitr which mark the end of 30 days Ramadan fasting, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to Muslims brothers and sisters in Kogi State and else where in the Country, may we celebrate many more of Eid-el-Fitr in good health and prosperity.
“Let us not forget the reason for the season, we should share love, gifts and rejoice with the less fortunate and those who could not afford to celebrate Eid on their own.
“As Muslims, it is quite incumbent on us to remain on the path of righteousness even after Ramadan, let us keep on doing the good deeds that we were doing with great efforts during the Ramadan period, acts of obedience to Allah do not have a specific time. Almighty Allah  is always pleased with those who obey Him regardless of the Month the obedience takes place and is angry with those who disobey Him irrespective of the month the disobedience takes place.
“It is my prayer that May Allah accepts all our Ibaadah and supplications during the Holy Month,”  he said.
