The remains of a former Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Daniel Dantsoho Abutu, will be laid to rest on Friday.
A statement jointly signed by the National Leader of Ukomu Igala Organization Worldwide, Elder David Abutu, National Secretary, Gabriel Edicha and Ahmed Hussain, the Administrative Secretary of the organization, noted that burial service will take place at Open Field, Biraidu Community Secondary School Abocho, Dekina Local Government Area at ten o’clock in the morning.
According to the statement, internment will take place immediately after the service at the deceased’s Residence Ate-mekwudi Abocho in Dekina Local Government Area.
The body of the deceased is expected to leave Abuja for his residence at 11 Rock Avenue Off Michael Olobayo Housing Estate, 200 Housing Unit, opppsite Confluence Beach Hotel, Lokoja for service of songs on Thursday at one o’clock in the afternoon while the body is expected to depart Lokoja at three o’clock in the afternoon for his residence at Ajakeya/Abocho in Dekina Local Government Area.
According to the statement, the Night of Tributes will begin at six o’clock in the evening till dawn at his residence at Ajakeya/Abocho.
It noted that thanksgiving service for the deceased will hold on Sunday at CEFN Church Gadumo, Lokoja at nine o’clock in the morning.

A valedictory court session was held on Tuesday at the Federal High Court headquarters, Abuja in honour of late Justice Daniel Dantsoho Abutu.
Late Justice Daniel Dantsoho Abutu died in an illness at age of seventy nine years.
