The Executive Chairman of Adavi local government, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami has commended Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for his love and respect for traditional institutions.
Salami gave the commendation in Lokoja on Saturday during the official presentation of staff of office to graded and upgraded traditional rulers in Kogi state by Governor Bello.
He noted that the state governor had shown overtime that he is a lover of peace and unity, which has kept Kogi state peaceful in love under his watch.
The council boss further appreciated the Governor for his developmental strides and made it clear that a lot of persons, including himself, have learnt from the governor’s style of leadership, and governance.
“Kogi state is blessed to have a capable son who pilots the affairs of our dear state with sincerity, dignity and integrity. A son who have placed the state on world map in governance and accountability, peace and unity. We are proud of his exploits.
“I also want to use this medium to call on well-meaning Nigerians to entrust Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello with the job of the Nigeria number one seat in 2023 Presidential election to ensure transformation in our economy, security, education, health, Unity, and infrastructure. He deserves our trust,” he said.
