The House of Representatives candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Yagba Federal constituency, Barr. James Fabola has congratulated His Royal Highness, Oba Lamidi Folorunsho Ayeni, the new Elejuku of Ejuku on his ascension to the glorious and revered throne of his fore-fathers.
In his goodwill message, Barrister Fabola said he was not surprised that Chief Ayeni emerged victorious in the rancor-free selection process of the new Elejuku, judging by his antecedents.
Fabola expressed confidence that the success of the new Elejuku in the business world and his sterling works as a major contractor in the oil and gas industry stands him in good stead to succeed in the monumental responsibilities the ascension to the throne of his fore-fathers place on his shoulder.
The House of Reps hopeful also said those that knows the new Oba Lamidi Folorunsho Ayeni are convinced that he will discharge his responsibilities with great wisdom and integrity.
While acknowledging the fact that the position of Elekuju carries with it authority, influence and power, Barrister Fabola urged the new Oba to rule with the fear of God and serve as a father to all.
In his prayer for the success of the new Oba, Barrister Fabola said he joined the family, the good people of Ejuku community, friends and well-wishers to ask God to guide, guard and grant the new Elejuku the wisdom and courage needed to lead his community well, sustains its peace and stability as well as bring further progress and greater prosperity to his people.
The PDP House of Rep candidate congratulate the good people of Ejuku on the emergence of their new Oba and wished the new Oba “long and highly” successful reign in the service of his people and fatherland.
