Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Dr. Folashade Arike Ayoade, has pledged her support for the Kogi Anti-Fraud campaign initiative.
She made this known while playing host to the team in her office in Lokoja on Wednesday.
Dr. Ayoade commended the initiative and assured the team of her readiness to provide necessary backing throughout the implementation stages.

She emphasized the need for sustained awareness at the grassroots level, noting that early engagement with young people would help shape positive values and reduce the attraction to fraudulent activities.
She further encouraged the team to work closely with relevant government agencies and educational institutions to ensure wider reach and effective delivery of the campaign messages.
Earlier, the Senior Special Assistant to Kogi State Governor on Fraud and Internet Matters, Hon Oluseyi Kelvin Eleta, explained that the visit was part of ongoing engagements ahead of the statewide campus awareness tour.
He explained that the initiative is focused on educating young people, particularly students in tertiary institutions, on fraud prevention, cybercrime awareness, responsible use of digital platforms, and the legal consequences of internet-related offences.
