An All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Kogi, Engr. Edward Olatunji Meseko, has congratulated the newly elected Ward and Local Government Chairmen of the party across Yagba Federal Constituency.
Meseko, in a congratulatory message made available to newsmen on Monday, rejoiced with the elected executives and described their emergence as a reflection of the confidence reposed in them by party members.
He prayed that their elections would usher in development, peace, unity and progress within the party structure in the constituency.
According to him, the discharge of their duties should be guided by excellence, honour, fairness and unity as they carry out the mandate entrusted to them.
Meseko urged the new leaders to uphold discipline and uprightness in their actions and decisions, noting that such principles remained essential to strengthening the party at the grassroots.
He assured them of the support of the Ireyagba movement at all times, stressing the need for collective commitment toward the growth of the APC in Yagba and Kogi at large.
“God bless APC, God bless Yagbaland, God bless Kogi State and God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” he stated.
