National President of Iyara Development Association (IDA), Alh. Aliyu Badaki has expressed appreciation to Senator Smart Adeyemi, describing him as a pride to Iyara community.
Speaking at 2023 Iyara Cultural Day on Saturday at Iyara, Ijumu local government area of Kogi state, Alh. Badaki urged the people of the community to support the former Senator with their prayers and prayed God to reward him.
Adding colour to the Iyara Cultural Day, Senator Smart Adeyemi donated 4 tricycles to the community.
The tricycles were presented by the Managing Director of Nigeria Agricultural Insurance Corporation (NAIC), Mrs. Folashade Joseph.
Senator Adeyemi urged the benefitting quarters in the community not to sell the tricycles but use it to generate revenue for Iyara Development Association (IDA).
He pledged his continued commitment to the development of Iyara community and congratulated the Eleta Oluyara of Iyara, Oba Jacob Meduteni and IDA Executives.
