Why do some leaders fail and cannot achieve long term portfolio of success in any leadership position?

First, there is no attempt to dig deep into an issue before taking a decision. The dark side of any leadership position is gossip. But the true test of a leader is how to handle two opposing views and being able to function.

Secondly, it is true all the leaders we need are in God’s custody. They still need training at least to understand the sociology of the people they want to lead.

The fact that you are educated does not mean you are civilized enough to lead the people. Electing or selecting a person who is not well read and politically exposed from the grassroots is dangerous. Such a person will not know when to draw a line between physical and human development.

Thirdly, a leader who does not know how to surround himself with experts, especially through bipartisan cooperation, is bound to fail.

Igala people are so civilized to call politics “Uja Ibe”, the battle field is the mind a failed leader will take it to the ground of manipulation.

I wish to call on well meaning Nigerian, the Clergy and Muslim clerics to arise and passionately pray for successful conduct of 2019 election.

Let us pray against any form of manipulation for the will of the people to reflect in the result to be announced nationwide.

We need to destroy election rigging industry clothed in a political party uniform before it destroys us. With God nothing is impossible. Genuine sincerity opens people’s hearts, increases economic activities, free flow of vital information, goods and services while manipulation causeas them to close.
