The Permanent Secretary Office of the Deputy Governor Kogi State, Estate Surveyor and Valuer Zainab Obadaki-David, has congratulated the newly Appointed Accountant General of the State, Habibat Onumoko Tijani.
Obadaki-David said Governor Yahaya Bello has further expressed confidence in her capacities and ability to perform excellently well.
This was contained In a press statement released by the Permanent Secretary shortly after the appointment was announced by Governor Yahaya Bello yesterday.
According to her, the new accountant general possesses all the needed credentials for excellent service delivery to the people of Kogi state.
“Your appointment is a validation of your outstanding personality and performance as the former permanent secretary to Kogi State local government and chieftancy affairs. Your hard working, stylistic and a goal getting attributes are exemplary in all spheres, which has earned you this singular honour to become the right person for the state Accountant General.
“Your appointments are precipitated upon your track record and capacity to impact positivity on the state economy.
“The administration of Alhaji Yahaya Bello is known for economic expansion and human capacity development which is synonymous with your abilities and humane nature.
“I have no doubt that you will deliver. We will support you to bring development to our dear Kogi State,” she said.
The Permanent Secretary appreciated Governor Yahaya Bello for appointing the right persons to occupy the position of the State Accountant General and prayed for God’s grace and benevolence for her to carry out her duty to the best of her capacity for the maximum benefit of the state.
