The illegibility of Kogi state governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello was further exposed at the submission of the written addresses by all the parties at the Kogi state governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Abuja as counsel to Capt Idris Wada, Chris Uche argued for judgement to be delivered in his favour.

The legal icon marvelled at Kogi scenario which legalised candidate going to an election without a permanent voters card as a tool, the core prerequisite in an election which required voting and to be voted advising the tribunal to enter judgement for the petitioner, Capt Idris Wada.

He urged the court to intervene in the Kogi scenario, describing it as an unmitigated offence on the electorates who never cast their votes for Alhaji Yahaya Bello of the APC, saying that giving judgement in favour of Capt Wada will erase the legal lacuna orchestrated by some cabals in the political arena.
Mr Chris uche lambasted his other senior colleagues to stop their disservice attitude by seeking for the dismissal of the petition as lacking merit on flimsy excuses and unconstitutional precedence.
