The Administrator of Mopamuro Local Government Area, Hon Sunday Moses has described the untimely death of Mrs Olubunmi Abraham as the lost of a patriotic Kogite and a dedicated staff.
Mrs Olubunmi Abraham was kidnapped along with two other staff of Mopamuro local governor along Obajana-Kabba road.
The Administrator swung into action immediately but Mrs Abraham was found dead in the bush few days adfter the kidnap incident.
“We did all we could to see that those kidnapped were released unhurt but sadly we lost her just after we had thought we had secured the release of the trio. Olu Abraham is a dedicated staff and we shall miss her”, he said.
He prayed that God will give the family the fortitude to bear the loss as the entire local government mourns her demise.
He assured the people of the commitment of the government to protect lives and properties, enjoined the people to volunteer information on suspicious activities and characters in their environment.
