Nigeria @ 62: Kogi Speaker Task Nigerians on Nation Building

Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, and candidate of the ruling All Progressive Congress for Kabba/Bunu/Ijumu Federal Constituency in the forthcoming general elections in 2023, Rt. Hon. Matthew Kolawole has tasked Nigerians on the need to focus more on nation building and jettison any act that could jeopardise the growth of the country even as the 2023 general elections draw near.

He noted that the country have a lot of potential if properly harnessed which will go a long way to place Nigeria among the great nations of the world. He congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari for his untiring efforts at repositioning the country on the path of progress, especially the massive infrastructural development across all sectors.

In a statement signed by his chief press secretary, Femi Olugbemi, the Speaker also saluted the giant strides of the new direction administration in Kogi state led by Governor Yahaya Bello, pointing out that the singular act of the administration has changed the face of the entire state in the area of quality projects execution across the three senatorial districts.

He called on Nigerians to continue to have faith in the ruling All Progressive Congress considering the giant strides of the current administration across all sectors, aside the fact that the presidential candidate and his running mate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Alhaji Kashim Shettima by their antecedents, they possesses the requisite knowledge and expertise to turn around the security situations and economy and move the country to an enviable height in no distance time.
