New Mosque: Assembly Aspirant, Ishaq Asuku Commends Kabir Onyene

The Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Domestic Affairs, Kabiru Onyene has been commended for recording another milestone by building a new Jumat mosque for the people of Iruvucheba, in Okene Local Government Area of the state.

 

Ishaq Asuku, an aspirant jostling to represent Adavi State Constituency at the House of Assembly, gave the commendation on Friday when he graced the formal opening of the mosque alongside his supporters.

Asuku, who was elated while inspecting the edifice, said that the event was beyond a religious affair as it hosted well wishers from different walks of life, describing the mosque as a masterpiece to make the Ebira people proud.

 

While praying to Allah to reward him, he also enjoined the people to embrace the gesture as a means of strengthening the peace already being enjoyed in the land.
