NAOS: Okun Students’ Association Inaugurates New Leaders

It is a new beginning for National Association of Okun Students (NAOS) as she inaugurates new leaders at the premises of Kabba-Bunu Local Government Secretariat.
The immediate former Executives led by the President, Comr. Habeebu Ibrahim and the Senate led by immediate former Senate President, Oluropo Babatunde Teidi constitutionally inaugurated the new set of leadership for the progress of the association.
The Electoral Committee Secretary, Comr. Prime Abubakar represented the Chairman of the Committee, Comr. Eniola Olayemi Calculus in announcing the new executives and issuing certificate of return to them.
Prime added that he is working in line with the Constitution which states that ELCOM must work with the outgoing executives.
Former President Habeebu while delivering his parting speech stated the success of his administration so far and the challenges. He raised confidence in the Comr. Damilare led administration for a successful outing.
The President, Comr. Jacob Abraham Damilare while delivering his inaugural speech promised to rebirth, reform and redefine the association and added that NAOS is in safe hands.
The inaugurated leaders are, Jacob Abraham Damilare, President; Daramola Irukera Emmanuel, Vice President; Juwon Oloruntoba Moses, Senate President.
Others are, Aiyenigba Mercy, General Secretary; Alege Ajoke Deborah, Treasurer; Nihi Leke, Deputy Senate President; Aiyegboka Alaba Michael, Financial Secretary; Adeleye Oluwafemi Godwin, Director of Education; Obajemu David Ayodeji, Director of Social I; Bello Oluwasegun, Assistant General Secretary; Olusanmi Olayinka Victoria, Editor-in-Chief; Igunu Ibidayo Samuel, Director of Aluta and Mobilization; Christopher Ibimodi Segun, Director of Welfare I; Bello Ben Bolaji, Director of Sports; Omofa John, Director of Socials II; Olorunfemi Victor Dele, Provost Marshal.
Present at the inauguration ceremony were former Presidents; Comr. Segun Ampitan and Comr. Ola Adekunle, former Senate President Ayodeji Emmanuel, Coordinator, Kabba-Bunu National Youth Council of Nigeria, Comr. Olowosegun R. Ayomide, several Okun Students, friends and well wishers.
Presidents of Ijumu Students Union, National Association of Mopamuro Students, Bunu Students Union; Comr. Aminu Sheriff, Comr. Omotosho Philip Temitope and Comr. Oyenibi Omojola Sunday respectively were among student leaders present.
