I ordinary would have kept quiet and watch Prince Audu fail again, this time at the party primary election but coming from church and checking up on my Facebook, what I saw on Prince Abubakar Audu Facebook wall necessitate to putting this write up out possibly, it will help him avert the coming danger that will sink his political carrier completely.

Prince Audu wrote “Thank you to the thousands of youth that showed up yesterday for my declaration at the Lokoja Township Stadium. I am proud to see the youth of Kogi State take their destiny into their own hands. It a shame the level of development Kogi State has witnessed in the last 12 years of PDP led governance, but come November 21 2015, the APC shall bring wonderful ‪#‎change‬ to Kogi State under my leadership Insha’Allah”.

The first question I ask myself is, where are the thousands of youths Prince Audu claimed attended his declaration held 9th August, 2015 at Lokoja Township Stadium?

The second question is, was it only youths that were present at the said declaration? Since no other person or even his party executives or members were appreciated by him. Possibly none of them attended because they have all turned back him.

My third question will be, haven’t been out of power for about 12years, Prince Audu’s pride has not yet left him as he made no reference to his party primaries but portrayed himself a sole candidate of his party APC as if he has monopoly of power or he is the only one that purchased the party form.

Pride they said comes before falling. It’s in record that pride was the number one reason Kogites voted Prince Audu out of power in 2003 and obviously that pride still radiate in and around him today. This was demonstrated when Elders from Kogi Central and West visited him in Abuja telling him the obvious. They advised him saying “Prince Audu don’t contest, stay as a party leader (like Chief Tinubu) and write your name in gold by helping us champion fairness, equity and justice (Power Shift) our people are clamouring for”.

In response, it was reported that Prince Audu called himself the Messiah of Kogi State and no one but him can rescue or govern Kogi State better.

The clamour for POWER SHIFT is more louder than ever and I want to specially appreciate the drivers of Kogi Equity Initiative and other groups aiming at the same goal.

Go tell it on the mountain, over the hills and everywhere that the people of Kogi from the Old Kwara is now more united than ever to take power. Let any party that want to win the next governorship election in Kogi State hear and act fast
