Hon Muktar Bello Adoke, member representing Adavi constituency in Kogi State House of Assembly rendered a three-day free healthcare to the people of his constituency.
Adoke said: “This exercise, tagged Free Medical Mission, is a way to empower my constituency for if my people are healthy, they will live productive and vital lives. My People needs to be strong and healthy that is why I have embark in this mission.
“You can see the magnitude of people here, even though we are in economic recession, people should not suffer in all aspects of life.
Commending the lawmaker for the gesture, Mr Idowu Idris said: “Health is wealth; in whatever way we can give our people health, we should do it.
One of the beneficiaries, Abdulhameed Jimoh explained: “When I got the information that they are doing free health programme. I rushed down here. The programme is good.”
