Hon. Tijani Muhammed Ozigi has reiterated his full support for the governorship candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the November 11 governorship election in Kogi state, Alh. Ododo Ahmed Usman.
Hon. Tijani Ozigi made this known during the official unveiling of the TAO Movement for Ododo Ahmed Usman (TAOM4OAU), a formidable political mobilization group committed to the emergence of APC candidate as the next governor of Kogi State.
He urged the group to continue with the good work they have been doing and put more effort in making sure that the aim and objectives of the group is achieved.
“Yes, I know the TAO Movement which I am completely part of and fully identified with comprises of both men and women with wealth of political experience in campaigns and this is something to offer in support of TAOM4OAU. We have been doing a good job but I believe we can do more.
“I want to thank you all for all you have been doing in support of this well-recognized campaign platform but I believe we can still do more as we move with the campaign activities. Let’s continue to operate with the campaign guidelines and work collectively, keep encouraging peace and unity amongst one another,” he said.
The Director General of the campaign group, Engr. Jamiu Habeeb, described TAO Movement for Ododo as one of the most active, formidable, strategic, exceptional, and visible (online and offline) campaign group for the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Muhammed Tijani Ozigi.
He said the group will work round the clock to ensure Ododo and his running mate, Joel Oyibo Salifu (JOS) emerge victorious at the polls.
Engr. Jamiu noted that the TAO Movement for Ododo campaign group has been making waves and creating awareness for the APC governorship candidate and has also mapped-out strategies and discussed them with the Chairman of the Movement for final approval.
