The Kogi East Youth For Positive Change has described the member representing Ankpa 2 constituency at the Kogi state house of assembly, Alhaji Alfa Momoh Rabiu as a leading model for youths and political elites in Kogi state and Nigeria in general.
The encomium which informed the resolution of the group to pay the high ranking honorable a courtesy call visit was communicated by the association chairman, Comrade Dalhatu Danjuma who also spent time to outline some of the activities of Hon Rabiu Alfa that endeared him to the association.
While speaking further, the veteran comrade noted that “Hon Rabiu Alfa has distinguished himself among his equals and therefore represents a model of political mentorship for youths and political elites to emulate.”
In his welcome remarks, Hon Rabiu Alfa admonished the association on the need to put aside partisan politics from the association’s activity noting that the initiative can only grow better and faster if political differences are not brought into it and charged them to take their advocacy to rural areas especially as the general election is fast approaching.
Highlight of the event was a presentation of the group’s kit in pair for the lawmaker and his wife to serve as souvenir to the host.
