The leading contender and standard bearer of the Kogi East senatorial district of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Alh. Dr. Jibrin Isah Echocho wishes to convey his gratitude to the people of his constituency for their untiring love and support for him and the APC.
For a man who enjoys an overwhelming love and support from his constituency being grateful everyday may not be enough. Kindness, love and support are not commodities that can be bought or sold in the market. This is because all these invaluable abstract gifts are cultivated in the heart nurtured by the minds, body and soul and given off in appreciation or solidarity.
For Alhaji Dr. Jibrin Isah Echocho he has never been found lacking any of these, this is evident in the number of converts and ardent he brought and still bringing to the fold of the ruling party APC.
Dr. Jibrin Isah Echocho thanked his supporters for their continuous love and faith in him to deliver a responsive and responsible representation in the National when elected. We want to use this medium to call on our supporters not to waver in your love for him and your commitment to the party APC as arrangements are in the offing to commence campaign as soon as INEC lift the embargo on campaign and rallies on the 18th of November, 2018.
We wish to particularly thank all the supporters and members of our party APC for their faith in Echocho. It is this untiring love and support that’s the vigour and additive with which we pursue the Kogi East of our dreams. While we bask in the euphoria of our victory recorded from the primaries let us be reminded that the real job is commencing as from 18th November, 2018.
We’re designing programmes of our campaigns and rallies with relevant stakeholders to kick-start soon. We shall be moving from door to door, neighbour to neighbour, street to street, village to village, ward to ward and LG to LG until the victory is ascertained. This project is a project for all Igala-Bassa sons and daughters and as such we are equal stakeholders in the struggle to give our district a befitting presence at the National Assembly.
As future leaders of this country, we seek to caution our youths not to make themselves available tools in the hands of some politicians for destruction. No politician is worth your life or blood. Stay safe.
