A political movement in Yagba land, Itura Political Family, has restated its total commitment to the New Direction administration of Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello,
The group made this known in a press statement signed by its spokesperson, Mr. Kayode Babalola.
The political group thanked Governor Bello for appointing one of their members, Comrade Aiyelabowo Adebanji Austin, as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs (Kogi West).
“We are most grateful to Governor Yahaya Bello for counting one of us worthy to serve in his government and help drive the New Direction policy for the benefit of all and sundry”, he said.
“We make bold to say that Aiyelabowo is a round peg in a round hole. We vouch for Aiyelabowo’s commitment, loyalty and result-driven efficiency on the job.
“We, as a political movement, once again pledge our unalloyed support for the Yahaya Bello-led administration. He can count on our support any day, any time.
