Result of an online poll conducted by a social media Influencer, Mr. Momoh Rilwan reveals that voters in Idah Federal constituency prefer the candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), David Zacharias to represent the area in the House of Representatives.
The 6-day head-to-head poll was between incumbent Reps member, Hon. Emmanuel Egwu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and David Zach.
Electorate from the Federal constituency voted for their preferred House of Representatives candidate, giving reasons for their choice.
Eighty Six percent (86%) of the voters chose David Zach as their preferred Rep while a paltry fourteen percent (14%) chose to retain Emmanuel Egwu in the Green Chambers.
Some of the electorate who took time to give reasons for their decisions posited that they believe Hon. David Zacharias is the only person that can rescue their constituency from the backwardness, misrepresentation, social injustice, dilapidated infrastructure, depression and penury.
The opinion poll revealed further that electorate in Idah Federal constituency are not happy with the performance of Egwu in the last three years.
