Hon Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali Halims of Ankpa Federal Constituency of Kogi State has congratulated Muslims in his constituency and beyond on the occasion of this year’s Eid el Kabir.

Hon Halims also thanked all Muslims and non Muslims alike who have been offering specific prayers for an end to the deadly coronavirus, security challenges, and progress in Nigeria.

The federal lawmaker further noted that he is using the opportunity of the Eid-El-Kabir celebration to reassure all constituents of his resolute commitment to overcoming all the set back caused by the COVID-19 and delivering on his promise of good governance and effective representation.

“I will continue working tirelessly to consolidate on my campaign promises for maximum Constituency development which I have already started in key areas such as entrepreneurship development, Agriculture, education, youth employment and women empowerment.”

Rep Halims also urged public opinion moulders to avoid overheating the polity with unnecessary political intrigues, and give the highest priority to making inputs that will guide efforts towards the better living conditions of the people at the grassroots, rather than emotionally occupying their thoughts with the plans and permutations of the future.

He thereafter wished all constituents a happy Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.
