The Senior Special Assistant to the Kogi State Governor on Grassroots Mobilization, Hon. Amos Ahiaba Carlos, has commenced grassroots mobilization and sensitization across various wards ahead of the 2027 general elections on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Ahiaba, a former House of Assembly candidate who recently joined the APC, has already commenced efforts to strengthen the party’s presence at the grassroots, particularly in Egume and its environs.
As part of his mobilization efforts, he has made cash donations to various groups and stakeholders across the wards, aimed at supporting grassroots activities and further strengthening the party’s structure ahead of future elections.
The APC chieftain has also contributed to the establishment of the party’s campaign office in Egume, further demonstrating his commitment to the growth and consolidation of the party in the area.
Speaking during his engagements with various groups, Hon. Ahiaba expressed confidence in the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, saying his support for the administration is rooted in his belief in grassroots development and effective representation.
He said he remains committed to working with the people at the grassroots and would continue to advocate for projects and programs that would bring the dividends of democracy closer to the people.
Ahiaba further called on APC members and supporters at the grassroots to remain united and committed to the party, stressing that sustained mobilization and cooperation would be essential to strengthening the APC ahead of the 2027 elections.
