A Kogi-based socio-political group, Ajaokuta Youth Forum has warned James Faleke, a member representing Ikeja Federal constituency in the House of Representative to stay clear of Kogi state and deliver dividends of democracy to the people he is representing.

The group condemns the activities of Faleke in instigating the people against the incumbent Governor of Kogi state, Alh. Yahaya Bello after losing in the Tribunal, Appeal and Supreme Courts respectively.

The group alleged that Faleke is behind all the chaos going on in the state, noting that he (Falake) is the one sponsoring politicians and some Kogians against the governor.

Speaking during a courtesy visit to the Secretary of Ajaokuta Local Government, Hon. Jibril Abu, the coordinator of the group, Comrade James Mohammed noted that Faleke is yet to realize that his time is up in Kogi state.

“James Faleke should go and sit down and deliver dividends of democracy to his Ikeja people instead of gallivanting around the presidency only to gain cheap popularity. Faleke was never known to us in Kogi state until he was imported as the running mate to late Prince Abubakar Audu. He came as a deputy governorship aspirant and he lost the position out of greed. Then, he should face his people in Ikeja and leave us alone. His people in Ikeja are suffering and Faleke is going up and down sponsoring some irrelevant politicians and people in the state against a digitalized and new direction governor of Kogi state, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello. The earlier he realizes that his time is up in Kogi state, the better”, James said.

The group therefore called on relevant authorities to call Faleke to order as his action is capable of causing disunity in the state.

“I am calling on relevant authorities from our indomitable party, the All Progressive Congress, APC to call Faleke to order because his action is capable of causing disunity in the party and the state at large”
