An Abuja-based information technology expert, Mr. Oyigu Elijah, has been described as an amphibious professional who has distinguished himself in both the sciences and the humanities through his outstanding achievements and contributions to the society.
The commendation was contained in a birthday goodwill message issued in Abuja on Friday by Mr. Innocent Agbawn to celebrate the renowned writer, author, and public intellectual on the occasion of his birthday.
