Hope seems to have come alive for Victor Olagoke who lost his limbs in a fatal auto-crash, has recently received financial support from the Kogi State Government.
Mr Victor Olagoke, Batch A serving corp member with the Kogi State Government was involved in a fatal accident along Lagos-Ibadan high way on his way back after paying a visit to his parents in Lagos State recently.
The accident which resulted in lost of lives has currently reduced Mr Oladoke to depend on wheel chair for mobility.
Sequels to the sad development, an appeal for financial aide to give urgent medical attention to the Corp Member was made to the State Government.
The Alhaji Yahaya Bello led administration out of magnanimity released the sum of #400,000 for his treatment.
Making the presentation on behalf of the State government, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Electronic Media, Hon Gbenga Olorunpomi, expressed willingness of the present administration to give priority to the welfare of the people.
Hon Olorunpomi enjoined them to make judicious use of the fund to ensure the speedy recovery of the Corp Member
In a remark the beneficiary expressed his profound gratitude to the Alhaji Yahaya Bello led administration for his humane gesture and prayed God to bless him for his endeavours.
